What are your shipping options?
Products may be shipped to the United States and its territories (no P.O. boxes). Standard ground shipping is free with orders of $100 or more. Orders that are less than $100 will be charged a flat fee of $8 for ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for standard ground shipping and 2 business days for expedited shipping. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
How long does order processing take?
Orders take 2-3 business days to process. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
What happens after my order ships?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.
What is your return policy?
Only items purchased on Luvanti.com can be returned to Luvanti.com. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of shipment date for a full refund less 20% restocking fee. Simply login to your account, navigate to the ‘Orders‘ tab, click the ‘Request a Return’ button, then enter your order number and the order’s ship-to zip code where prompted. Click Submit Request and your return label is available to print right away.
Please allow five weeks to receive your refund once you give your package to the return shipper. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your returned package from the shipper, process your return, and for your bank to process the refund request.
